HUMAN INSTINCTS
(IN POST-PRODUCTION)
19 min | Documentary | Hungary, Mexico | Doc Nomads
At the Budapest police training grounds, the bond between dogs and their handlers is deeply emotional. However, this tenderness coexists with a routine of control, force, and surveillance. Through the canine gaze, the most primal human instincts -power, violence, and fear - are revealed. In this world, loyalty becomes obedience, affection becomes domination, and game becomes a prelude to intimidation.
