SOLO UN DÍA DE CAMPO
(IN POST-PRODUCTION)
19 min | Documentary | Belgium, Mexico | Doc Nomads
In a visual correspondence, a young filmmaker reaches out to his father, until he begins to doubt the sound of his voice, which he can no longer recall. As he rebuilds a presence that cannot speak for itself, the film becomes an exploration of how time reshapes what we remember and how we represent those who are no longer here. Through archival manipulation, AI, and reenactments, the film becomes a playful attempt to keep a memory alive, even when its source has faded away.
