In Rio de Onor, a small border village between Portugal and Spain where no child had been born in forty years, only a few inhabitants remain, most of them elderly. Through a mosaic of everyday vignettes, the film captures life enduring in unexpected forms: those who stayed and those who have newly arrived, the unseen forces of nature, and the invisible presence of those who are no longer there. María and Nahuel, siblings and the only two children in the village, reinterpret this mysterious place through their games and imagination, guiding us into a vibrant space suspended between memory and the possibility of a future.
